11-Day Detailed Pilgrimage Itinerary

Day 01
Wednesday - Departure from UAE to Saudi Border
UAE → Al Ghuwaifat Border
  • Morning Departure: The luxury AC coach departs from Sharjah at 8:00 AM and from Dubai at 9:00 AM (Abu Dhabi pickup available at designated meeting point).
  • Prayer & Lunch Stop: Scheduled stop for Duhr, Asar (Qasr) prayers followed by lunch at the Tharif rest area.
  • Border Immigration: Arrive at the Al Ghuwaifat UAE-Saudi border around 6:00 PM. Pilgrims clear UAE customs and proceed to Saudi border immigration with assistance from our coordinators.
Day 02
Thursday - Meeqat, Ihram, Niyyah & Umrah Performance
Taif Meeqat → Makkah Mukarramah
  • Arrival at Meeqat: The coach arrives at Taif Meeqat (Qarn al-Manazil). Our group guide joins to facilitate Ihram preparation.
  • Ghusl & Ihram: Pilgrims perform Ghusl, wear the Ihram garments, and offer two Rakat prayer for Ihram.

  • Hotel Check-in: Arrive in Makkah around 9:00 PM and check in to your reserved hotel (Johra Mayasar or selected tier).
  • Perform Umrah: After refreshing, the group coordinator guides pilgrims to Masjid al Haram to perform Tawaf, Sa'i, and Halq/Taqseer to complete Umrah.
Day 03
Friday - Jumu'ah Mubarak in Masjid Al-Haram
Makkah al Mukarrama
  • Prepare for Jumu'ah prayer early at 8:00 AM with Ghusl, Sunnah fragrance (outside Ihram), and pristine clothing.
  • Head to Masjid al Haram to secure a place inside the Mataf or courtyard for Jumu'ah Khutbah and congregational prayer.
Day 04
Saturday - Sacred Ibadah & Nafl Tawaf in Haram
Makkah al Mukarrama
  • Dedicate the full day to the 5 daily congregational prayers at Masjid al Haram, engaging in Nafl Tawaf, Quran recitation, Tahajjud, and personal supplications.
Day 05
Sunday - Comprehensive Holy Makkah Ziyarat Tour
Guided Historical Tour
  • Morning Ziyarat Tour at 7:00 AM: AC coach takes the group to visit sacred historical landmarks: Mount Jabal al-Nour (Cave Hira), Mount Thawr (Cave Thawr), Mina, Muzdalifah, and the plains of Arafat (Jabal al-Rahmah).
  • An experienced scholar provides authentic historical narrations and explanations at every site.
Day 06
Monday - Free Day for Worship & Optional 2nd Umrah
Masjid Ayesha / Haram
  • Pilgrims can focus on spiritual reflection or visit Masjid Ayesha (Tan'eem) to enter Ihram for an optional second Umrah on behalf of loved ones or parents.
Day 07
Tuesday - Tawaf Al-Wida & Travel to Madinah Al-Munawwarah
Makkah → Madinah Al-Munawwarah
  • Farewell Tawaf (Tawaf al-Wida): Performed before Fajr prayers at Masjid al Haram.
  • Departure at 8:00 AM: The group checks out and boards the coach for Madinah al-Munawwarah.
  • Madinah Hotel Check-in: Reach Madinah by 4:00 PM, check in to Jood Marjaan or selected tier, refresh, and proceed to Masjid an-Nabawi to offer Salam to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Day 08
Wednesday - Prayers at Masjid An-Nabawi & Rawdah Sharif
Riyadh Al Jannah (Rawdah)
  • Focus on congregational prayers inside the Prophet's Mosque.
  • Rawdah Sharif Visit: Scheduled visit to Rawdah ash-Sharifah (Riyadh al-Jannah). Note: Our coordinators assist you with scheduling your official slot through the Nusuk app.
Day 09
Thursday - Madinah Sacred Ziyarats & Jannat Al-Baqi
Masjid Quba · Mount Uhud
  • 8:00 AM Historical Tour: Visit Masjid Quba (where 2 Rakat prayer equals the reward of an Umrah), Mount Uhud and Martyrs Cemetery, Seven Mosques (Khandaq), and Masjid al-Qiblatayn.
  • Return for Duhr in the Haram, followed by visiting Jannat al-Baqi cemetery after Asar prayer.
Day 10
Friday - Jumu'ah in Prophet's Mosque & Return Journey
Madinah → UAE Departure
  • Attend the blessed Jumu'ah prayer in Masjid an-Nabawi.
  • Enjoy lunch at the hotel, complete check-out, and board the coach for the journey back to the UAE.
Day 11
Saturday - Safe Arrival in the United Arab Emirates

What is the bus travel route from Dubai to Makkah?
The luxury bus departs from Sharjah (8:00 AM) and Dubai (9:00 AM) with an Abu Dhabi pickup point. It travels to the Al Ghuwaifat UAE–Saudi border crossing. After completing Saudi customs and immigration, the bus continues via the scenic modern highway directly to Taif Meeqat (Qarn al-Manazil) where pilgrims enter Ihram, and then to Makkah hotels.
What meals are included in the 'With Food' package?
The 'With Food' package provides daily 3-time freshly prepared buffet meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) during your hotel stay in Makkah and Madinah. High-quality Asian & Arabian buffet menus with fresh roti, rice, vegetables, meat dishes, and tea are served.
Are there washroom and prayer stops during the bus journey?

How do we visit Rawdah Sharif in Madinah?
According to Saudi Ministry regulations, entry into Rawdah ash-Sharifah (Riyadh al-Jannah) requires an appointment through the official Nusuk application. Our group tour coordinators assist all pilgrims in registering and booking their respective male and female time slots.
